Illustrator for designing

Hi, I have recently learned Graphic designing. Currently, I am designing a website for Digital Display screens in the United States. The problem I am facing is that whenever I save my design in a laptop, its pixels are disturbed. please guide where i am doing wrong?

Sorry to hear about this experience. As suggested by Monika, it would help if you could share a screen recording of the problem. Also, kindly check if Illustrator behaves this way with a particular file. If yes, kindly share the file here or via DM so we can investigate this further.

Can you please be more precise what's happening?

You are saving the file and then you close it and reopen and then what? Can you post a screenshot of what it looks like?

Which version and system is it?

Does this not happen on a different computer?
