Illustrator wont let me create a new file

I have tried restarting the program, and my laptop, but still every time I try to create a new file in illustrator, the menu pops up but doesn't load anything to allow me to set up or create a new file.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. I hope the suggestions shared by Monika helped resolve the problem. If not, kindly try the following steps and check if it helps:

 

  • Close all Adobe applications.
  • Rename the UXP folder to UXP.old from C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe\UXP
  • Relaunch Illustrator

 

If the issue persists, kindly try running Illustrator under a different administrator account (Windows) and share your observations.
