I’m running the latest Illustrator on Windows 11 and it crashes multiple times a day. It is unusable. Can I please get version 28 as well? I’ve heard it’s more stable. The software is unusable.

hi. i need to download an older version of illustrator (i’m using macos big sur ver 11.7.4). CC desktop app only allows me to download ver 30.4, which isn’t compatible with big sur. i can't find any download links for the older versions. the option ‘other versions’ doesnt pop up on my cc desktop app. i can provide my adobe ID if needed.

Jumping on here because I have a similar issue ~ I recently had to upgrade to a new laptop (both using Windows 11). I was using Illustrator 28.5 before, and need to install it again on my new device to maintain compatibility with my previous workflow. I can provide my Adobe ID via DM. Any help would be sincerely appreciated!

I have an active official subscription, but I cannot launch Adobe Illustrator on my Windows laptop.
> The issue: I am getting the error: 'We can't verify your subscription status. Error code: 12015'.
> What I've already tried:
> 1. Checked my internet connection (it's working fine, other apps connect without issues).
> 2. Cleaned the 'hosts' file.
> 3. Used the Adobe Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool.
> 4. Checked Firewall settings.
> It seems like something is still blocking the connection to Adobe servers from my previous installation. Could you please help me reset my network/licensing credentials? I am ready for a remote desktop session if needed.

To obtain Illustrator v28 (2024), open your Creative Cloud Desktop app, click the three dots (... "More actions") next to Illustrator, and select "Other versions" to find and install it. If v28 is no longer listed, you will need to contact support for specialized access, as they usually support only N-1 or N-2 versions.
