Issues since running Log Collector and Cloud Cleaner tool

Since getting help on this forum, one of my problems was solved but many more problems came up. The link to the thread is at the bottom.

Long story short, my fonts weren't syncing in AI. I got help and solved it by running the log collector and cloud cleaner tool. Fonts are all good now but my export settings and color profiles are all messed up. Is there a way to revert back to my export and color settings prior to running those steps?

Hello @brittneyv20955540,

Could you confirm if you uninstalled Illustrator while removing preferences as well when trying to troubleshoot the problem? That could result in a loss of preferences. Also, share screenshots of the preferences you are having trouble with, so we can better assist you.

Hello, you actually helped me with the font issue in the article I linked. Thank you! Yes, Illustrator and ALL cloud programs were completely uninstalled.

The problem is I can not locate what preferences were changed. That's my problem.

One issue was every Export as PNG was including the bleeds. I fixed this issue.

The main issue I'm having now is the color change issue when embedding both JPGs and PNGs. The colors fade ONLY when I embed the image.
