FInalmente consegui resolver o problema.

... and you might help others by posting the solution(s)

in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

You have asked questions about Illustrator, Adobe Express, and Adobe Firefly all in one post in Using the Community. Each Adobe app has its own board in the forums. Please ask questions about each app in the appropriate board.

Illustrator: https://community.adobe.com/t5/illustrator/ct-p/ct-illustrator

Adobe Express: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-express/ct-p/ct-adobe-express

Adobe Firefly: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-firefly/ct-p/ct-adobe-firefly

We can move this post to one of the boards, but not to all three.
