Não estou conseguindo criar novos documentos no illustratror

    from what i've seen of the forums this past week, this is a problem with the new dialog box in some language versions of illustrator. for now, try using the 'legacy' dialog. see here in preferences:

    You may need to uninstall and re-install..?

    If you follow Jacob Bugge​'s list below...

    1) Uninstall (ticking the box to delete the preferences),

    2) Run the Cleaner Tool, see link below,

    3) Reinstall.

      i'm not sure if i'm missing something else but i think the new dialog has some other problems with illustrator anyway. there's no apparent way of saving doc profiles to the 'Saved' tab. i'm going to use the old box for now anyway.
