Hola.

Estoy tratando de instalar los programas desde CC en un i7 con windows 11. No funciona ninguno, me deja abrirlos pero al realizar cualquier operaciñón el programa se cuelga.

¿es un problema de Windows 11?

Gracias

Would you mind confirming the app & OS and their exact version?

Also, please share your system specs and a screen recording demonstrating the issue.

Thank you for sharing your system specifications, @Antonio Raul32901358nfs4. Given that the issue is affecting multiple Adobe applications, here are some general troubleshooting steps you can try:

  • Turn Off the Internet: Temporarily disconnect from the Internet and try running the affected Adobe applications. Sometimes, issues related to licensing or background processes can be the cause.

  • Run as Administrator: Right-click on the Adobe application's shortcut or executable and select "Run as administrator." This can sometimes resolve permission-related problems.

  • Disable Antivirus: If you have antivirus software installed, it might be blocking certain operations of Adobe applications. Temporarily disable the antivirus and see if the problem persists. If disabling the antivirus helps, consider adding the Adobe applications as exceptions.

  • Check for Background Processes: In some cases, background processes or third-party software can interfere with Adobe applications. Ensure that there are no unnecessary background processes running while using these applications.

  • Reinstall Adobe Applications: If the issue continues, you can try uninstalling and then reinstalling the affected Adobe applications. Before reinstalling, make sure you've completely removed any remnants of the previous installations.

  • Disable GPU performance: Temporarily disable GPU performance from Adobe apps preferences and let us know how it goes.
  • Update or Roll Back GPU Drivers: Issues with GPU drivers can sometimes cause problems with Adobe applications. Try updating your GPU drivers to the latest version. If that doesn't work, consider rolling back to a previous stable version of the drivers.

  • Install an older version of Illustrator, like Illustrator v27.9, and see if that helps.

Also, please confirm your GPU make & model.

Please try these steps one by one and see if any of them help resolve the issue. If the problem persists, please share a screen recording demonstrating the issue when using these Adobe applications. This additional information can help in diagnosing the problem more accurately.

Best regards,

Anshul Saini
