Problème Illustrator

Bonjour, comment se fait-il qu'en payant un abonnement de 780e par an, les logiciels rament, ne fonctionnent pas bien, sont extrêment lents ( illustrator principalement ) ... Il ne s'agit pas d'une connexion internet, j'ai déjà vérifié de ce côté, j'ai bcp de place de stockage ( mac presque vide ), et notamment sur illustrator je ne fait pas d'illustrations très très compliquées... 

 

Désolée pour ce message assez vif, mais je commence à ne plus avoir beaucoup de patience... 

et merci par avance à celles et ceux qui prendront la peine de me répondre...

 

( + je ne comprends rien au SAV, impossible de contacter directement adobe ? ni par mail ou téléphone ? )

Je suis bien d'accord. Mac studio à 4000€ et je n'arrive pas à gérer la 3D qui me split le résultat en temps réel en 4...

Please tell us your hardware specifications.

What kind of files are you working with?

Does the same happen with simple files?

Where are your files stored?

Hey thank you for you answer,
some of my files are on my computer desk,
and I try with others to safeguard online,
either way, it's very very slow... and the problem still here...
And my files are just basic illustrations, I just use some brushes, like
just 3 or 4 differents...

Have you added and checked Illustrator in Apple System Preferences/Security and Privacy/Full Disk Access?

Second, read/writing AI files from an online service is not supported or recommended by Adobe as it can have negative consquences on performance and integrity of the files.
