Repeat option in Desktop version

Does anyone know where the repeat option/tool is on PC? I've updated Illustrator, went to object and it isn't there.

You are promoting it as a feature. When you're paying good money this is really unacceptable, polite version.

What if you have kitted out yourself a wacom screen tablet I should be able use of the features promoted. Its been around for a number of years. Let me guess just for Apple products, please enlighten us all.

No but thank you.
I was watching the L6141a video. Jason hoppe said to follow the steps I
gave and you can repeat the object just like on the IPad. It isn't working
for me though.
