shapes moving when exporting

When I am attempting to export a document with shapes (being used as highlight boxes), the boxes move out of alingment in the export process and my SVG looks different to the image.

In some cases, the background image doesnt export, only the highlight boxes (still mis aligned).

Any assistance would be much appreciated.

I'm not seeing the difference. But check the Decimals setting in the SVG options and adjust it to be higher.
