Some shortcuts aren't working

I don't use Illustrator so often, but it makes part of my job. While working on a new project, I realized that some shortcuts aren't working. I've tried to use "Ctrl ;" to hide guides and "Ctrl [" to send an object backward, any of them worked. The first one, I noticed that it works after you used "Alt Gr ;" to bring the background color to front, and then, you can use "Ctrl ;" to invert it.

Sounds like those shortcuts stopped working after the upgrade to the CC 2018 version, but not sure. ALso, I don't know if those are the only ones which haven't worked.

Is there some reported bug regarding shortcuts?

Hi Monika Gause , I've tried it, but my point is that "Ctrl + ;" is a default shortcut to hide guides, and it's not working. I'm using the latest version of Illustrator, on Windows 10.

When upgrading to CC2018 - did you reset the preferences or did you keep them?
