Teams AD when I start up Illustrator?

How can I get rid of this Teams AD when Illustrator starts up?

Do you have a Teams license? Or a personal one?

I have never seen the blue bar used as an advertisement.

And you get this on each launch?

Even after clicking on the little x to the right?

This ad doesn't make a lot of sense for owners of individual licenses.
