Text to vector flags my prompt as a violation of guidelines, but it's not

On a whim I typed the following prompt in to Illustrator's 'text to vector' tool:

"Steamboat Willy" on a 1950s style space rocket

This resulted in the warning that 'one or more of the words' etc etc.

I'm trying to figure out if it's because of the word 'willy' (which is a euphemism that might be understood as looking for a pornographic result) or 'Steamboat Willy' which, until 31 December 2023 was in copyright, but isn't now.

I'm not so much bothered about my inability to generate the required image, more about the vagueness of the error message (please tell me which policy I apparently violated because otherwise I can't change the prompt) and the lack of opportunity to file a challenge. Presumably, being able to say 'your AI got it wrong' would be a valuable learning tool and way to develop the tool. Could this be added to future iterations of the beta?

Disney has a reputation for not being so nice to people or businesses who use their intellectual properties without authorization. Most big businesses won't take kindly to copyright or trademark infringement; Disney is one of those companies more likely to take the issue to court.

The original "Steamboat Willy" character may have fallen into the public domain (in the US), but Disney introduced a Walt Disney Animation Studios logo featuring Steamboat Willie as part of the logo in 2007. The logo is trademarked. They've used the logo on the front of several animated movies since then. With Steamboat Willy present in a registered trademark that creates some dangerous area for anyone wanting to create art featuring the character. I wouldn't expect Adobe's text to vector filters to incorporate Steamboat Willy anytime soon.

"Steamboat Willy" has been in the public domain in the US (not worldwide - it's still protexted in the EU and probably elsewhere) for how long now? 4 days?

Also: what you might or might not do with it, is not very clear.

Anyway: if you want to report this kind of stuff, please do so at https://firefly.adobe.com or in the firefly forum: https://community.adobe.com/t5/adobe-firefly/ct-p/ct-adobe-firefly?page=1&sort=latest_replies&lang=all&tabid=all
