I don't know why not opened well the illustrator?

my the illustrator version is all ways the latest version.

I can't work because illustrator is not onpend.

Is it bug?

Mac or Windows? Have you tried resetting your prefs?

PREFS RESET MAC (thorough method)

Quit Illustrator

Finder >> Shift Command G

~/Library/Preferences/Adobe Illustrator 27 Settings/en_US/Adobe Illustrator Prefs

rename Adobe Illustrator 27 to Adobe Illustrator 27old

Sorry to hear about this experience. Kindly try the following steps to manually reset Illustrator's preferences on Windows and check if it helps:

Close all Adobe applications.
Go to Location C:\Users\user\AppData\Roaming\Adobe
Rename Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Illustrator 26 Settings folders to Adobe Illustrator.old and Adobe Illustrator 26 Settings.old
Launch Illustrator from the Creative Cloud.

Disclaimer: Please note that renaming preferences folders will remove all the custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with default settings. You can also take a backup of the folders in case you want to. The location is mentioned above.

If the issue persists, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS/Illustrator, System Configuration (CPU/GPU/Memory), and screenshots/screen recording of the error (if any), so we can investigate this further.
