Troubleshooting in Illustrator

Welcome .
I encountered a problem in the Illustrator 2023 program, and it is the paragraph direction icon, which I did not find, and it goes from right to left and vice versa. I searched for a solution and followed the steps, but to no avail. Please contact me to find out the solution!
