Updated to MacOS Ventura 13.5 now Illustrator is not working

I recently updated my MacBook Pro to the Ventura ver. 13.5 and now my Adobe Illustrator ver. 27.7 won't open. I can open past projects just fine, however, I can't start new ones. It keeps showing a blank screen every time I open it. I've restarted, installed and uninstalled multiple times, and installed earlier versions. Still, nothing comes up. I even reset my preferences and updated my Creative Cloud. My other apps seem to be working, aside from a few bugs, but those were resolved immediately. AI is the only one having an issue. 

 

How do I fix this?
