Work place panel crashed- Illustrator

Question

Hi, I'm having a problem with a work place panel in Illustrator. It crashed on panel painting and i can't switch to anything else, typography, www not working. I also can't see my tools, i have to manually pull them out from the window while it should happen automatically when i switching between my panels. I tried to uninstall and install again but it didn't work. I updated my drivers in graphics card and still nothing. Pls help me.

Sorry to hear about this experience. Would you mind trying to reset Illustrator's preferences by following the steps shared in this article (https://helpx.adobe.com/illustrator/kb/troubleshoot-preference-issues.html) as suggested by Monika and sharing your observations?
Disclaimer: Please note that resetting preferences will remove all custom settings, and Illustrator will launch with the defaults. You may take a backup of these settings from the location mentioned in the article.

If the issue persists, kindly share some more information, like the exact version of the OS and Illustrator installed on your computer and a screen recording of the problem so we can investigate this further.
