Experiencing an issue with Adobe Illustrator cc 18 latest version. I have a XP-Pen tablet 15.6 and whenever i try to draw with the pen, it doesn't register the strokes on time or accurately. Can someone please help me resolve this issue that i am having? i dont have an issue with the pen lag in any other programs like, Krita .etc.

I got the same problem with XP-Pen 22 Artist and happened Out of the blue.

I have to go back to the previous version of photoshop to paint properly.
I tried to get in touch with the customer service but nothing to do.

Turn off Windows Ink in its tablet settings

Un-checking the Windows Ink box worked! Best bit of advice on here 😄

Please check if you need to update the tablet drivers.

Hello, thank you for replying. Yes, i have the tablet drivers updated to the latest drivers. Unfortunately i'm still experiencing this issue. I forgot to mention that when i'm not using the tablet and just using it with my main monitor, there's seems to be no issue, that's what the first video shows.

*Update 9/13,

So i installed PS and I've gotten better results from that program. The strokes register at the same time as the pen, however; upon the third or forth continuous stroke there is a pen lag or delay. What does this mean? Does it mean Adobe Illustrator's particular program isn't functioning with my tablet? Monika Gause If you can point me in the right direction of where to go, i'd appreciate it greatly.
