Adding external font on iPad

I have been trying to upload my external font to AI, every time I try to do it, I get the message that the font files are bing added to the cloud but it dowsnt. I have tried a couple of times, Does anyone have any idea what could it be or if I'm missing any step?

its a personal account, i just tried from my computer and its giving an error that says "font its not elegible to be added''. i have purchased the rigths of this font also, so I dont understand the issue

What kind of font is it?

Is it perhaps an older TrueType font?
