Adobe Illustrator for iPad Pro bug

Hi I just got my first iPad(iPad Pro), and something is noticeably wrong with the Adobe Illustrator. 

I tried the other apps, and other adobe apps to see if it was my iPad messing up but it is only adobe illustrator. 

Problem: Whenever I go to click on the color pallet or the pen/paint tool, it will disappear before I can click anything or change anything. I tried using my pen and my finger and nothing changes. 

Where can I get help for this?
