I'm subscribed to adobe design mobile monthly but unable to use Illustrator but the other apps work. Why?

Please clarify what subscription you have when you say "design mobile monthly" - when you go to Adobe.com and sign in the view your account, what plan is showing?

What are the other apps that are working for you? Is it possible you've signed in with the wrong Adobe ID, one not tied to your subscription plan? You can try to sign out and sing back in with the correct ID.

Michael, this is the Adobe Design Mobile bundle that is available through the App Store. It includes Illustrator, Photoshop, Fresco, and Express for Mobile.
