Annoying Transparent Edge on Export Illustrator

Question

Whenever I go to export, there's a transparent border, on the left of the file. I've made sure there are no decimals on the dimensions of the Artboard, and I've tried speading the background OVER the edge of the artboard, and exactly on the edge of the artboard. Still end up with this annoying border to the left, after export.

I see the edge on left and right in the thumbnail but once exported the image is in full. Do you still have that edge after export?

If you set a background colour to match your image rather than having a transparent background does that solve the problem for you?
