APP crashed

I already downloaded, installed and logged in,  the app keep crashed. Can’t create any new canva. Even can’t open any AI file…….

  • Ensure that all your work is synced online by visiting this link: Adobe Creative Cloud Assets.

  • Try deleting Adobe Illustrator from your iPad, restart your device, and then reinstall the app. This may help resolve any app-specific issues.

 

If the issue persists after following these steps, please consider sharing a crash report with us. Here's how you can do that:

  1. Open your iPad's Settings.
  2. Navigate to Privacy & Security.
  3. Go to Analytics & Improvements.
  4. Look for a file with a name like “adobe illustrator-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash happens by looking at the timestamp.

 

Upload the file to Adobe Creative Cloud Assets and share a link to the file here or via direct message. This crash report will provide valuable information that can help us investigate the issue further.
