Arquivo do iPad no desktop: "An error occurred while processing the appearance of an object"

Estou tentando continuar um trabalho que fiz no Illustrator (iPad) para o PC, mas aparece o erro "An error occurred while processing the appearance of an object" sempre que eu tento modificar alguma coisa na ilustração. O que pode ser?

We are still waiting for your response on this issue. If you continue to experience this error, try closing other apps on your iPad, as this problem often occurs when processing a complex file.
