So I'm on the iPad and I've made a design. I've closed my shapes so that I can easily access and color etc. but the option to scroll the arrange/stack, it won't even slide. Can someone help pls.

It's working for me to use the slider. Did you select one of your objects first? Are the shapes overlapping? (You didn't say.)

 

As a workaround, can you drag the objects up or down in the Layers panel?
