Bug/Glitch Warning Illustrator iPad 2022

I started yesterday with a glitch that would remove all fill/color to a grouped stroke or object while using the selection tool. 

I took it as a loss and restarted the project on a new page (because I was unable to copy and past to a new page, due to the program crashing)  

After I closed the new project and re-opened it, I used the selection tool to move a grouped stroke and it changed the stroke layers into one color...at least it didn't set it to "no fill/stroke" like it did yesterday.

However, either way this project is now a loss as well. 

I am unsure if it glitched because I closed the program (as that was the bug trigger before) or if it was because I foolishly attempted one last time to copy and past the water from the old project (because I didn't like how the new versions turned out).

Either way I am now out both versions.
