Can't use Adobe Illustrator despite annual subscription

I received an annual Adobe Illustrator subscription via iPad on February 19th 2022 Which I bought for eleven thousand nine hundred Pakistani rupees, For a couple of days I used Adobe Illustrator properly, But on February 21 20, when I turned on Adobe Illustrator, I was asked to buy a subscription again.

You would be better served to contact Adobe Customer Care, we are volunteers and don't work for Adobe. I don't have that page for your country I am afraid, but it is:

You could also try contacting them through Twitter, response time might be faster.
