Cannot access illustrator for iPad. Keeps reverting to landing page

Not a regular user of illustrator but went to do a project yesterday and a landing page appeared (see attachent) but whatever I do, restore purchase, log out and in again, remove app and reload, cancel subscription and re subscribe it always reverts to this page after then whirring circle. Any suggestions ?

Thanks for reaching out. I was unable to find any subscription or any purchase/ refund activity under the email with which you have logged on to the community.

Note: If you purchase Ai on the iPad from the App Store, then it is managed through your Apple App Store account.

You may have messed up your account by cancelling and resubscribing so quickly.

I would suggest contacting Adobe Customer Support to make sure your account is activated properly.
