Change colorimetric profile

Hello, I can't find where to change the colorimetric profile on illustrator for iPad. I can see in the Info menu that my work is saved in RBG but I don't have the possibility to change it to CMJN. I thought the option was available on desktop. 

Is there a way to make my work CMJN without starting over?
