Delete Intersections

Hey guys, please help me,

 

What is the easiest way to delete the intersecting Paths of layer 8, indicated in red below? As you can see in this case the outer shape is one path and the inner shape is another... Thanks, i can't for the life of me figure this out.

You'll want to visit the Combine Shapes panel, and use the shape builder tool to combine the areas as you've shown in your sketch above.
