Fonts Not Installing

Question

I have a font that I am trying to install on my iPad Illustrator. The font is a .ttf and should be fine to install. For some reason, the software goes through the process of installing the font, and even shows me that it was successfully installed, but i cannot find the font in the Illustrator Drop-Down menu.

I have also installed the font on the Creative Cloud (Desktop Version) and this works fine as I am able to use the font across all of the Adobe Desktop Apps. I just cannot seem to get the font to recognize on teh iPad apps.

What software are you using to install the font on your iPad? The correct way would be to use the Creative Cloud app on your iPad to install the font, is that what you're doing? Is it an Adobe font?
