Freezes or quits frequently!

Need Help! When I create a new job or open a old file, programme freeze or quit frequently!

    I think Illustrator on iPad is not useable. It constantly crashes and freezes all the time for me.

      Similar problem with my ipad mini 6, app crashes for freezes when I try to create a new file.
