How do I save a pdf file on the ipad with a bleed?

I cannot figure out how to save an ai or pdf file in Illustrator CC with a bleed from the ipad.  Help please.

On the iPad I think the only way to do this would be to increase the size of the canvas then manually add the bleed marks. There does not appear to be a specific setting in New file for Print or in the Export stage.
