I can’t activate Illustrator on the ipad

Hi, I have a student login with UOC university, two months ago the iPad worked great, but something happened and a I can't login again, the app shows the following message: please check your network connection and try again. Please help me because I need the app working to continue with my performance in the university. This problem is only with adobe illustrator, the other adobe apps like creative, works fine. Thanks and regards!

And you already tried the network connection?

Can you log out and then login the Creative Cloud account?
