Illustrator app showed a secondary email that wasn’t mine

I recently resigned into illustrator on my iPad and going through the security variation codes, a secondary email popped up that wasn't mine nor have I ever set one up. 

 

Luckly I was able to use the mobile security code instead but seeing that secondary email as shaken me a bit.

 

Ive tried looking on my Adobe account through the website and there's no secondary email set up 

 

so i was wondering how this was possible on the app? And has anyone else experienced this?

Thanks for reaching out. Sorry for the delayed response. I am unable to check your personal contact information. But I checked you had purchased the app from the App store. Is it possible that Apple created the second Id you saw as a recovery for purchasing? Would it be possible for you to share the email ID with me via DM so I can further check & confirm with the concerned team?

Have you ever used a different email on that iPad?
