Illustrator en iPad NO ABRE

Ya compré la suscripción y luego de unos días no puedo abrirlo, me envía a comprarlo nuevamente. Al hacerlo confirma q la suscripción pero no puedo abrirlo.

We understand that encountering technical issues can be frustrating. We are here to help and would like to suggest trying to delete the application, restarting your iPad, and then reinstalling Illustrator to check if it helps.

Note: Kindly check if all of your work is synced online at (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents) and only proceed if you are sure you have all of your important work available there.

 

Also, kindly ensure all of the iPadOS updates have been installed, as suggested by Monika. We appreciate your time and effort in helping us resolve this issue.
