Illustrator on ipad

I use illustrator every day on my iPad and today when I went to use it it opens for 3 seconds and then shuts down and exits out. 

I deleted the app, reinstalled it, turned my iPad off and it still is doing the same thing. 

Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance!

    Sorry for the delayed response. As Mylenium suggested, please try signing out & sign in.
    Please ensure you are login in with the correct email ID & method. If you purchased the app from the App store, try logging in with the Apple ID option when signing in.

     

    Also, ensure that you are using the latest version of iPadOS.

    I assume the Illustrator team would need some logfile from you, but only they can tell you what they need.

    @Anshul_Saini  can you please help?

    Check the app settings and log out of your CC account, then log in again. Likewise, check other log-ins like your Apple ID/ iCloud. Similarly, check mmeory and storage usage by the apps.
