Illustrator on Ipad closes immediately when using apple pencil

Hello Adobe Community,

i am having difficulties working with Illustrator on Ipad the last few days. As soon as i try to use my apple pencil in the app, it closes immediately. I have IPad Pro 2022 and the newest iOS and Illustrator App installed. Does somebody else expecierence the same problem? Is it Illustrator crashing or the pencil settings not functioning right?
