Since updating IOS on iPad mini adobe crashes every time a create a new page. According to the app store, I have the latest version of Adobe illustrator for iPad installed. I have tried uninstalling it reinstalling it still having the problem. I turned on and off my iPad several times still every time I go into Adobe illustrator and open it and select create a new page. It shows the wheel spinning then it just crashes and I just see the homepage of my iPad and it does it over and over again

    Hello @BasabRoy

I understand how frustrating it can be to experience crashes in Illustrator, especially in the middle of work. Would you mind updating the OS and the Illustrator app to the latest version and checking if it helps?

    (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204204), (https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202180)

Also, kindly check if all of your work is synced online (https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents). If yes, try deleting Illustrator, restarting your device, and then reinstalling the app to check if it helps.

If the issue persists, kindly share the crash report so that we can investigate this further:

    • Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “Illustrator-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash by looking at the timestamp.
    • Upload the file to a file-sharing service and share a link to the file here or via DM.

Looking forward to hearing from you.

Even before this was suggested I tried the uninstalling and reinstalling illustrator to see if the issue is resolved. Nothing happened. There is surely a serious flaw somewhere and adobe should fix it proactively. We were already paying premium subscription for a severely outdated software in iPad now the crashing has complicated whole thing.
