Illustrator on iPad doesn’t work

I'm trying to open a new or old file after opening the application but screen is freezing.
After forcing to close the app, I live same problem again. I have tried with pencil or finger. Nothing has changed. I couldn't also download the app from AppStore. Do you know why?

Which version on which iOS are you using?

Did you already try and reboot the iPad?
