ILLUSTRATOR ON IPAD KEEPS CRUSHING!

Hi, I use illustrator on my ( iPad 15.6.1 ) for a while now and it's all of a sudden stopped working. I already paid my subscription for this month ,I reinstall it even though I can not  access to the app or create a new artboard, it won't allow me to use any of the tools... there's a screenshot of what i got when i open the app, i clicked on everything ,

Try clicking Sign Out in the upper right, then sign in again. Be sure to use the same ID you purchased with, as you might have two IDs.

 

Also, I noticed you tagged every topic. What is your feature request? What is your issue with printing? It's best to put each of these questions into separate posts so we can better assist.
