Illustrator on my iPad is not working

Hey,

my app doesnt work, its freezing everytime. I tried to deinstall and install it again. I'm logging into with Adobe-ID. I tried everything that came up into my mind but nothing fixed the problem.

 

Can someone pls help me with find a way to solve this problem 🙂

Thank you so much for your patience, and I'm sorry for the delay in getting back. I tried accessing the log file from the link that was shared earlier, but it looks like the download has expired, and I'm unable to retrieve anything from it. To move forward with the investigation, could you please upload the Illustrator crash or freeze logs again using any cloud-sharing service like Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or WeTransfer, and share a fresh link here?

Once I have the logs, I'll review them with the product team and update you with the next steps.

Thank you for contacting us, and I apologize for the inconvenience caused by Illustrator freezing on your iPad. To assist us in investigating this issue thoroughly, could you please provide your iPad model, iPadOS version, and the version of the Illustrator app you have installed? Additionally, let us know if the problem occurs right at launch or only after you start working on a file. If possible, a brief screen recording of the freeze would be helpful for my review. In the meantime, please ensure that both iPadOS and Illustrator are updated to the latest versions, check if your files are fully synced online, and if they are, please uninstall Illustrator, restart your iPad, and reinstall the app to refresh the data. If the app freezes again, kindly check if a crash log has been created under Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data, look for a file that starts with 'Illustrator' and send me the most recent one via DM, so I can escalate this with the necessary details.

iPad model: iPad Air 13 (M3)

iPadOS version: 26.0.1

version of the Illustrator app: 3.0.10

 

About the freeze, everytime I open the app I see the screenshot I sent on my first message and cant click on anything, so there for a screen record wont help u much because there is nothing to show beside the named screenshot.

I sent the log file via DM, if you need something else please contact me 🙂
