Illustrator start page cut off

Question

I teach a class of 24 kids using Illustrator on the Ipad, one of the has had this issue where Illustrator will cut off the buttons on the start page, and it is unable to be used. He has creative cloud, and is signed in on it, he can use lightroom no problem. He updated his ipad, uninstalled creative cloud and illustator and still has the same issue. I have no idea how to solve this problem

Sorry to hear about this experience. I hope the problem is resolved by now. If not, kindly try deleting the app, restarting the iPad, and then reinstalling Illustrator to check if it helps.
If the issue persists, kindly share more information, like the exact version of the iPadOS and Illustrator installed, the device model, and a screen recording of the problem so we can assist you further.
