iPad 8th Generation and Illustrator?

Hello dear Community,

I want to use Illustrator on my IPad 8th Generation but it doenst work. I know it should work because I used it 3-4 month ago. Does Adobe changed their hardware requirements?

I already restared my IPad

I already reinstalled the application

what can I do

Sorry to hear about this experience. Does Illustrator crash while working on your iPad? If yes, kindly share the Crash Report so we can investigate this further:

Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “adobe illustrator-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash happens by looking at the timestamp.
Upload the file to (https://assets.adobe.com) and share a link to the file here or via DM
