(iPad) App crashes whenever im working on my files with multiple layers snd groups

I have lost HOURS of my work due to this bug. Its frustrating. I cannot save it, i cannot edit it, i cannot do anything.  I have a 9th gen ipad with great RAM and a bunch of space. This needs to be fixed asap.

    I experience Illustrator freezing up when using the blob brush. I maximum get to draw for 20 min - and it freezes everytime. Very easy to reproduce.
    I can try going back to the start screen - hoping it saves. But it get's stuck saving... and newer does. I loose my work every time...

    Same here, after drawing a few lines it just crashes. Back to microsoft paint it is then.

    Please contact Customer Care. Maybe they can help you.

     

    This is not happening to a lot of people, so it will be difficult to find out what could be causing it. Which is necessary in order to fix it.

     

    Could be something with the app. Or something with your Creative Cloud account.
