iPad illustrator app crash problem

Good morning,

When I use Illustrator on the iPad, opening a new document or sometimes opening an already created document, the app crashes and needs to be restarted.
I checked the version of the app and the OS of the iPad but they are both at the latest version available.
I also tried reinstalling the app but the problem persists.
What can I try to fix the problem?
