Meu iPad fecha inesperadamente assim que abro o aplicativo illustrator.

 

eu tenho um iPad Pro 11 pol de 4ª geração 

 

eu já exclui o app e baixei novamente 

 

já desloguei e loguei

 

ate agora nenhum tópico eu consegui resolver

 

ja faz um bom tempo que venho pagando e ele não funcioa

    It's probably iPad OS 17?

     

    There are still issues. Some can run Illustrator on it, some can't. You might want to contact Customer Care
