It crashed everytime

Since I updated iOS 16.2 ,it's always crashes unless I turn off the internet,but the fonts I need must be connected to internet to select .

I've tried updating,re-downloading,and restarting.is there any other solution?

Sorry to hear about the crash. Would you mind sharing some more details, like the iPad model, the current version of Illustrator/OS, a screen recording of the problem, and the Crash Report, so that we can investigate this further:

  • Open iPad Settings > Privacy & Security > Analytics & Improvements > Analytics Data. You will see file names like “adobe illustrator-2023-01-03-083327.ips” (2023-01-03 is the date in the log & 083327 is the time). Ensure you share the recent log file after the crash happens by looking at the timestamp.
  • Upload the file to (https://assets.adobe.com) and share a link to the file here or via DM

My iPad is ipad7th. Version of illustrator is 3.0.1

The crash report is already upload (https://assets.adobe.com/files)
