Logs into wrong account on Illustrator for Ipad

I'm a art/design teacher at a Public High school and I have been using adobe illustrator on Ipad with my students for a few years now and it has been very smooth. We have an enterprise account for each student. Students share Ipads but sign out of their adobe account at the end of each class saving their work on the cloud so that the next class can use them. Last week as students were logging into their account we noticed that Illustator for Ipad was not logging the student into their account but instead it logged them into the account of another student. We tried multiple times to log out of the account and then relogin but each time the app logged them into the same other student. Any ideas on why this has started to happen and how to fix it?

Thanks in adance.

Hi @Bart23233312yly8,

I am sorry to hear about this experience.  It seems that your situation might be caused by the way user profiles and logins are managed. As you mentioned, you have an enterprise account for each student, and students share iPads while logging in and out of their Adobe accounts.

Here are some steps to consider to address the issue:

  • Enterprise Account Management: Contact your Adobe enterprise account administrator. They can help you manage the accounts and ensure that students are correctly linked to their respective Adobe IDs. They can also provide further guidance on how to prevent these login issues in the future.
  • Check Device Settings: Ensure that the device settings are not automatically logging in with a specific account. Sometimes, devices can remember previous logins, which might be the cause of the problem.

  • Contact Enterprise Adobe Support: If the issue persists and is affecting multiple users, you can reach out to your admin, and they will create a ticket with Adobe Enterprise Support for more specific assistance. They can help troubleshoot and investigate any underlying problems with your enterprise setup.

Please remember that managing multiple enterprise accounts can be complex, and it's crucial to coordinate with your enterprise administrator to ensure a smooth user experience. They should be able to provide you with detailed guidance on how to manage these issues within your enterprise context.

Best,
