Naming of Layers & Artboards on iPad?

Is it possible to name layers and artboards on Illustrator for iPad? I imagine it must be as I've seen both named in demo materials, but I can't for the life of me figure out how to do it. I feel like I'm overlooking something simple here.

In the layers panel click and drag from the outside to the inside (default would be right to left) and then click on the T
